June 2019When I got to Boston, it hit me just how young the city is. I don't mean in terms of the history or buildings... I mean the people. People all over who were MY age. With SO MANY prestigious colleges in this small city, it's hard not to be surprised by it, but I was anyway. So when you think back to the marathon bombing that occurred in 2013, those people who died or were injured were just like me. One of whom was only eight years old...
